I haven't tried applying yet but try to imagine applying at DFA Zamboanga or DFA Cotabato. It's probably a lot easier. But in light of recent news about 2 DFA staffers being charged with malversation of funds at DFA Lucena, I think they might be a litle bit more strict in implementing their rules these days.
