I currently teach classes on Environmental Factors of Design for Multimedia Arts students at the De La Salle College of Saint Benilde in Manila. I have designed my classes to be a diverstisement from their normal regimen of their visual centric classes. I would describe my classes to encorporate physical theater, corporate training, art history/philosopy and industrial design on top of the scientific backbone I am expected to deliver. I push my students to be creators and producers instead of Ps3 players. To be the vanguard of the new renaissance instead of couch potatoes. Since my class is a science class, I direct my students to approach the scientific phenomenon as artists. As subjective explorers rather than objective observers. I do hope my approach will produce the next Leonardo da Vinci.
